Our 5th grade class project for the Emerald Evening is in full swing! Our class project has a "movie night" theme, with a personalized popcorn bowl filled with movies and gourmet popcorn. On Friday, the students were able to put their fingerprints in the popcorn bowl. While the students were waiting for their turn, they got to listen to some fun and silly Shel Silverstein poetry. Thank you to Mrs. Minuth, Mrs. West, Mrs. Lyons, and Mrs. Budd as well as to my student volunteers/alumni Leyton and Isabella! Please get in touch with Mrs. Minuth, Mrs. West, or Mrs. Lyons in order to make a donation for our class project. We are looking for each family to purchase a new movie, donate money to go towards purchasing popcorn for inside the bowl, or both! Thank you so much for your contribution to our class project! Our school would not be as successful as it is without the help and support of our parents!!
